How it works
For the best result, place files in the exact order you want before starting. The merged PDF keeps each source file as a complete section, so page-level rearranging should be handled before upload.

PDF files only. Up to 10 files, 50 MB total.
Large scanned PDFs can make the merged document heavy. If the combined file is too large for email or a portal, compress the final PDF after checking that every page is present.
Privacy and file handling
Files are used only for the requested PDF task and are removed from temporary storage after processing.
If the set includes contracts, IDs, or financial records, confirm that you are allowed to process them online before upload and keep a local copy of the original files.
Output quality
The tool is tuned for practical everyday documents. Very complex layouts, image-heavy PDFs, or scanned pages can affect the final result.
Merging does not intentionally lower image quality. Differences in page size, rotation, or scan quality come from the source PDFs and will still be visible in the final document.

Mixed page sizes (A4 + Letter + legal) are preserved, so print output can look inconsistent.

Input: 3 PDFs (2, 5, and 1 pages) in order A -> B -> C.
Output: 1 merged PDF with 8 pages in the same A-B-C sequence.
Characteristics: page count is additive; file size is usually close to the sum of sources.
When this tool is not the right choice
Not ideal when you need to reorder individual pages inside each source file.
Not ideal for legally signed PDFs that must preserve original signature validation.
